Adobong Tilapia at Kangkong sa Gata. A Filipino dish using Water Spinach. This high nutrient vegetable has only 1g net carbs per 100 grams!
To make this dish, in a pot, place the fish, 1 clove garlic, 1 dried bay leaf, 10 pcs whole peppercorns, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Ads 1 tbsp erythritol and 1/3 cup coconut cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the water spinach and simmer for another 2 minutes. All done!
Serve and enjoy!
