Baked Ukoy na Togue.
Makes 6 servings. Serve with vinegar+garlic+chili dipping sauce.
100g shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs beaten
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
150 grams mung bean sprouts
Combine all ingredients well in a bowl except Mung bean sprouts. Once done, gently fold in the mung bean sprouts. Divide the mixture into 6 and place on baking pan with parchment paper. Slightly flatten the mixture. Bake for 180 deg C for 25 minutes.
