How to make cauliflower pizza crust:
Preheat oven to 150 deg C.
In a bowl, combine 450 grams shredded cauliflower florets, 120 grans shredded parmesan cheese and 1 large egg.
Place on a baking paper and arrange neatly to desired shape and thickness. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
When done, take out of oven to cool slightly while you prepare your favorite toppings. The top half of this pizza has tomato sauce base while the bottom half has pesto base. Loaded with button mushrooms, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and olives.
