This chicken broth has been slow cooked for 12 hours. Added to this is Bok Choy, another low carb vegetable with 1g net carb per 100 gram serving. Soup is served with keto cheese bread, a hearty bread of sharp cheddar cheese.
To make the broth:
Place 1 whole chicken, chopped, 6 cloves garlic crushed, 1 medium white onion chopped, 2 celery stalks chopped, 10 black peppercorns, 2 dried bay leaves, 1 tsp salt in slow cooker. Top with water until it covers all ingredients. Slow cook for 12 hours.
