How to make this toast:
In a bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2 tbsps walnut butter, 2 tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsps powdered erythritol, 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.
Soak 2 slices of coconut bread in the mixture.
Heat a skillet and melt 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter.
Cook the coconut bread toasts and egg mixture in butter. Check bottom for doneness. Flip and cook the other side.
Serve and enjoy!
