Mozzarella pizza crust. Let's give this a try.

This pizza crust serves 4. Each serving has 148 Calories, 1g net carbs, 12g fat and 8g protein.

Preheat oven to 150 deg C.

Combine 100 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 40 grams almond flour and a pinch of salt. Mix really well until well combined.

Use 2 sheets of baking paper. Put the mixture on one baking sheet, cover it with another. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough to the size and shape you like.

Remove the top baking sheet. Place the dough with bottom baking sheet on pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let cool for a little while before adding your favorite toppings. Go easy on the toppings as they can easily add up to your net carb count.

The toppings I used are pasta sauce, beef, pepperoni, button mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes and done!
