To make the zoodles:
Make noodles out of 360 grams of zucchini using a spiralizer, peeler or knife. We prefer zoodles raw. They keep their light crunch this way.
To make Chicken Meat and Tomato Sauce:
Cook 50 grams of ground chicken meat in 1 tbsp of beef tallow on a skillet covered for 15 minutes. Season with pinch salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Add 60 grams of small diced carrots.
Pour 50 mL of beef bone broth. Add 2 tbsps of tomato paste. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
We make our own beef bone broth and store the tallow when the fat separates.
Add 50 grams of bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat then toss 50 grams of quartered tomatoes and 20 grams of pitted black olives.
